What is different about looking for jobs today in Bournemouth compared to 10 years ago

The best way to look at jobs today is that even if the contract type being offered by the employer isn’t exactly what you would have wanted in an ideal world – is to consider a temporary or contract position to be a fantastic opportunity to ‘get your foot in the door’ and also to really find out about the employer to see how much you enjoy working there before you decide to stay with that company for a long time to them.
